"Seen water leaking onto furnace cabinet from a interior furnace component and contacted Mike and sent a picture of the leak to the company at his request. They filed a warranty claim and Doug efficiently replaced the component within the hour of his arrival at no cost to me. He traveled extra distance to repair my furnace and would recommend this company. "
